The KERN Client lets users, with just a few clicks, connect to a live interpreter via video or voice for assistance in the language of their choosing. The Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) service usually requires an account and login from the Language Service Provider. Professional Interpreters use a companion app to provide VRI services.
